1. Pre-release software

UrlyUp beta ("the Software") is pre-release and may contain errors, defects, or incomplete features. It is provided for evaluation and testing only and is not intended for production or business-critical use.

2. License grant

UrlyUp LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software during the beta period solely to evaluate it and provide feedback. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Software.

3. No warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risk arising from its use.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrlyUp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Software.

5. Your content & hosting

You are solely responsible for the applications, code, and data you run and expose through the Software and any public URL, and for complying with all applicable laws and third-party terms. You must not host unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

6. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide may be used by UrlyUp LLC without restriction or obligation to you.

7. Data & diagnostics

The Software may collect limited diagnostic and usage information to improve the beta. Sign in with Apple is used solely to provision and secure your public URL.

8. Term & termination

This Agreement remains in effect during the beta period and may be terminated or the Software disabled at any time. Upon termination you must stop using and delete the Software.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
