URLYUP provides on-demand WireGuard-based network tunnels and related routing services that let users expose local services to a public URL or route specific traffic through controlled exit nodes. The service is operated from the United States and accessed via urlyup.com and its subdomains.
By creating an URLYUP account, requesting a tunnel, or otherwise using the service ("you", "user"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, to use URLYUP. If you use URLYUP on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (including admin passwords for individual tunnels) and for all activity that occurs through your account.
You may not use URLYUP, directly or indirectly, to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any tunnel or account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice.
urlyup.com we use first-party PostHog to count page views and feature interactions. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.URLYUP, LLC operates the service on top of infrastructure and platform services provided by setip.io. setip.io is therefore our sole direct sub-processor. setip.io in turn engages its own sub-processors (e.g. infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, payment processing) and publishes the current list on its own legal page. By using URLYUP, you consent to processing by setip.io and the sub-processors it documents.
Account and tunnel metadata are retained for the life of the tunnel plus 30 days for backup purposes. Operational logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing legal@urlyup.com from the address associated with the account.
If you are a resident of the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, port, and delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email legal@urlyup.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
THE URLYUP SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. URLYUP, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL URLYUP, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. URLYUP, LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO URLYUP, LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless URLYUP, LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the service, (b) your violation of these terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, attempt to notify you by email. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer with mandatory consumer-protection rights in another jurisdiction, those rights are not waived.
